Serving the People to Serve the Business

We are not just another training provider. Many people in our industry will tell you that they serve the business first, the participant (your people) second.  We take issue with this as the inference is the consultants are ‘in cahoots with the bosses’ to get people ‘doing what we need them to do’. 

This does not mean we don’t serve the commercial objectives of the client only that we recognise that in order to this we must serve the participants.  What this means is recognition that directive, prescriptive training, often based on ‘off the shelf’ ideology, typically serves to raise anxiety and alienate participants. 

We focus on the agenda of every single individual to make programmes for their way of learning, helping them to define their mission and values in life and business, and ensure they are able to make choices and set goals in line with those values.  This outcome is positive, emotionally intelligentpeople engaged with change.ZCA sessions combine that energy with the behaviour, culture and performance requirements of the business to ensure those objectives are reached.
