From 'starter's orders' to the 'finishing line…
To ensure we create business-practical, engaging solutions. The typical journey would entail a blend of some (and in some cases all!) of the following steps:
- Consultation – with stake holders, bill payers, HR, training, OD and business leaders.
- Pre-course Learning Needs Analysis – an easy to complete online survey for participants in order to gather the necessary data to create the solution.
- Onsite research – Time spent at the sharp end getting to know participants and understand their challenges
- Design and sign off – Our design, your input and signature
- Facilitation & training – Practical engaging, fun, inclusive sessions, delivered by people-centred, commercially aware trainers.
- Action Learning Sets – These are groups of between four to eight team members who support each other’s learning on work related topics and business practical challenges.
- Post Programme Evaluation – How strongly we hit the mark – a free post session report we collect and collate and send to the stake holders
- E-tips, tasks and challenges – For all participants at 30, 60 & 90 days to blend with the training and further imbed the learning
- Post Programme Projects – Simple but powerful, a practical tool to empower participants to make change happen
- Additional coaching (1-2-1, Skype, phone or face-to-face) – Training is a wonderful benchmark to drill deeper into people’s additional needs to succeed – coaching is the ultimate compliment to those needs
- Follow up development days to embed the learning – These can be for larger groups to celebrate success, assess what’s gone well, gain further coaching and training if required to entrench the positive changes, habits and outcomes
